Chief Executive Officer
Nathaniel is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Paytrust. He conceived and supervised its re-launch as a concierge bill pay service in 2024. He has been with the firm for six years and previously served as COO. He has spent his career developing products and leading teams at technology and finance companies. He started his career at VMAC a clearinghouse for energy derivatives rising from Analyst to Vice President of Operations.
Following this, he was Vice President of Client Services at VCFS an Électricité de France subsidiary, providing financing to the deregulated
energy industry.
Immediately prior to Paytrust he served as Vice President of Operations at Katori LLC, a software company. He led the firms business development and account management efforts, signing clients including Pepsi, The NFL and Kellogg and managed its direct to consumer subsidiary. Nathaniel received a BA from The University of Edinburgh.
Chief Technology Officer
Nicholas brings ten years of experience in software engineering leadership from the Fintech and Saas spaces to Paytrust's technology department. His proven track record in leading software engineering teams on next-generation products at PrismHR, among other ventures, has fortified his expertise in developing diverse software solutions and teams.
He is adept at crafting secure, scalable technology platforms, evident in his history of driving innovation and operational efficiencies across startups and established enterprises. His commitment to technology ensures our platform provides unparalleled service to our customers and his team of seven technologists drives innovation at Paytrust forward. He received his BA in engineering from the University of Connecticut.
Chief Operating Officer
Paulina works across product, account management, and operations to align priorities and drive execution at Paytrust. She is responsible for service delivery and the overall management of the Paytrust Concierge team. She has spent ten years improving operations and managing teams at law firms and technology companies.
Prior to Paytrust she spent three years at Katori, a software company, in a progression of roles with increasing responsibility. With her husband she opened a small chain of restaurants including Gordo's Cantina in Queens NY.

Paytrust began its journey in 2016 as SilverBills. It was founded by Marci Lobel-Esrig, an attorney ar served clients throughout the United States from inception. The firm's original focus was basic he bill pay. In 2023 it acquired the brand name and assets of Paytrust, an FIS subsidiary providing on pay. In 2025 it was relaunched as a luxury concierge service. The firm has always been driven by value: honest, responsive and conscientious client service.
