
Nathaniel is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Paytrust. He conceived and supervised its re-launch as a concierge bill pay service in 2025. He has been with the firm for six years and previously served as COO. He has spent his career developing products and leading teams at technology and finance companies. He started his career at VMAC, a clearinghouse for energy derivatives, rising from Analyst to Vice President of Operations.
Following this, he was Vice President of Client Services at VCFS, an Électricité de France subsidiary, providing financing to the deregulated
energy industry.
Immediately prior to Paytrust he served as Vice President of Operations at Katori LLC, a software company. He led the firm's business development and account management efforts, signing clients including Pepsi, The NFL and Kellogg and managed its direct to consumer subsidiary. Nathaniel received a BA from The University of Edinburgh.

Nicholas brings ten years of experience in software engineering leadership from the Fintech and SaaS spaces to Paytrust's technology department. His proven track record in leading software engineering teams on next-generation products at PrismHR, among other ventures, has fortified his expertise in developing diverse software solutions and teams.
He is adept at crafting secure, scalable technology platforms, evident in his history of driving innovation and operational efficiencies across startups and established enterprises. His commitment to technology ensures our platform provides unparalleled service to our customers and his team of seven technologists drives innovation at Paytrust forward. He received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut

Paulina works across product, account management, and operations to align priorities and drive execution at Paytrust. She is responsible for service delivery and the overall management of the Paytrust Concierge team. She has spent ten years improving operations and managing teams at law firms and technology companies.
Prior to Paytrust she spent three years at Katori, a software company, in a progression of roles with increasing responsibility.

Brittany Bordeau has over 10 years of experience in client relations and over 5 years of experience in supervisory roles in the fintech industry, with a focus on developing her client support teams for the most positive client outcomes. She has extensive experience with client interface, a skill she has been developing since receiving her BA in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Wells College with distinction, after being inducted in Phi Beta Kappa.
At Paytrust Brittany enjoys working as the Senior Vice President of Client Success to optimize education for her team, enabling them to hone their skills in client management and technical operations. She enjoys establishing company policy that enhances security, creating better systems for clients and concierges alike and loves collaborating with the technological department to improve internal and external processes and software for user ease and efficiency. Brittany always strives to provide the highest level of care and consideration to all clients.

Rohit architects Paytrust's AI-native features and is implementing AI across the company and its engineering teams. He brings sixteen years of software engineering leadership across Fortune 500 enterprises, payroll, insurance, fintech, and AI startups, and has built engineering teams from scratch multiple times throughout his career — he led a team running a $14 billion logistics platform for a Fortune 500 CPG, built insurance-enrolment software at Marsh & McLennan for State Farm and Chick-fil-A, delivered customer-facing platforms for Bank of Montreal.
He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from India and a post-graduate diploma in Project Management from Toronto, Canada.

Meredith began her career at Paytrust as a Concierge. She has worked in number of roles at progressive levels of responsibility at the company. She guides the product strategy in consultation with the rest of leadership team.
She also runs the QA department and assists the CTO in the management of the engineering team. Meredith holds a BA from Cornell University.
