Important Updates to Terms and Pricing

The Paytrust services are being transitioned to a new provider as of January 1, 2024. To continue your service in 2024, please enter your information below and click “Verify” to be directed to the enrollment site. Clicking “Verify” will not automatically enroll you in the new service. If you do not enroll by December 27, 2023, your service will be terminated. RNPLLC will have no further involvement with the Paytrust services after December 27, 2023.

To retrieve your user email:

  1. Log into your Paytrust account.
  2. Go to the “More” tab on the right side of the page.
  3. Click on “User Profile”.
  4. Scroll to bottom of Profile to see the email address associated with your account.

If the last 4 digits of your own social security number do not work, please try your spouse’s if they are also associated with your Paytrust account.

    Welcome to PAYTRUST 2.0

    To continue your Paytrust services, starting January 1st 2024, please review and agree to the following documents. Your history, funding accounts and payees will transfer over. You will need to input and configure any rules and autopayment.

    E-sign Agreement

    This agreement establishes your consent to the electronic delivery of all communications.

    Paytrust Subscriber Agreement

    This agreement lays out the details of the new Paytrust services:

    Subscription fee:$19.99 / month

    • Bill Pay Your current payees, rules and funding accounts will be transferred to the new Paytrust services. No additional steps will be required from you for your bills to continue to be paid once you have agreed to the Subscriber Agreement.

    • Virtual Mailbox You can continue to receive mail at your current Paytrust Box.
    • Fees The fee for the service is $19.99/month for up to ten bill payment transactions, plus $0.89 for each additional bill payment transaction. You can receive unlimited amounts of mail at your virtual mailbox.

    Deposit Account Agreement

    The flow of funds will be similar to the current process that Paytrust uses, but your bill pay bank account will be set up with our new partners at Grasshopper Bank. No change is needed on your part. Click the FAQ below to see the flow of funds.
