One Free Year of Paytrust Concierge Bill Management Services for Dementia and Alzheimer’s Caregivers

A pioneering research study is underway to recruit dementia or Alzheimer’s caregivers to evaluate the effectiveness of the Paytrust tool—a service offering bill payment, budgeting, tax assistance, and secure legal document storage—in alleviating stress and enhancing the quality of life for caregivers.


The primary objective of this study is to examine if utilizing Paytrust Concierge can lead to a measurable reduction in the caregiver burden, spanning financial, physical, and emotional well-being. The assessment will take place before and six months after participants have used the service, providing insight into the tool’s immediate and long-term impacts.

Participation Details:


  • Maximum Age: None
  • Participants must be providing care for a person diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.
  • Individuals with cognitive problems that could interfere with study participation or with providing study consent are excluded from participating.

Participation Method:

  • The study allows for fully remote participation, enabling caregivers to complete it from their homes.
  • After an initial phone consultation, qualifying participants will receive access to Paytrust Concierge service free of charge for approximately one year.
