Meet your Concierge

In a brief onboarding call, your dedicated Concierge learns your accounts, properties, preferences, and payment rules. Your Concierge will set up your account exactly the way you want it and communicate with you in ways that fit your schedule.

Forward your bill once

Send your existing bills to Paytrust a single time or share logins to online accounts. From that point forward, we will get your statements sent directly to our PO Box or your @paytrust.com email address. Your Concierge handles all incoming correspondence automatically.

Your Concierge reviews each bill, flags any concerns, executes payments per your instructions, disputes errors and keeps meticulous records. You receive a clear monthly summary – and nothing else requires your attention.
